It takes a well-prepared, experienced professional to make unique, custom-made, hand-sewn shoes.

1. The first work phase is taking precise, detailed measurements. 2. It is followed by the shaping of the shoe lasts, based on the individual foot measurements and requirements of the customer. 3. The patterns are drawn up based on shoe last measurements and customer requirements. 4. All shoe parts are cut out based on the patterns, using high-quality materials. 5. Parts are crafted and decoratively perforated, then glued and sewn together. The assembled uppers are lined with vegetable-tanned calf skin. 5. Only vegetable-tanned leathers are used here as well. 7. The uppers are pulled onto the shoe lasts by the use of special pliers and then fixed with nails. 8. Next step is welt sewing according to the technology needed for the exact style. The welt is the most important shoe part, since the upper is sewn between the welt and the sole lining and then the sole is sewn to the welt. 9. The outsole and the insole are both sewn to the welt. 10. Heel-building means that cut-out layers are fitted and fixed together. 11. Then the shapes of soles and heels are finalized and decorated. 12. The finished shoes are smeared with shoe polish, polished and supplied with sole pads and shoe laces.
